‎First Lady’s representatives visit Ododo, offer prayers for late patriarch

‎A delegation representing Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has paid a condolence visit to Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo, following the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani.
‎The late Alhaji Momohsani passed away on August 18 and was laid to rest the following day in accordance with Islamic rites.

‎Leading the First Lady’s delegation, Hajiya Laila Barau, wife of the Deputy Senate President, described the loss as painful but noted that the deceased lived a fulfilled life, leaving behind a worthy legacy for his family and the people of Kogi State.

‎She, alongside other members of the delegation, offered prayers for the repose of the late patriarch’s soul, seeking Allah’s forgiveness for him and Aljannah Firdaus as his final abode.

‎The delegation also included the wives of the governors of Yobe and Ebonyi states, as well as spouses of top government officials, including the Ministers of Works, Agriculture and Food Security, Defence, and Budget and National Planning.
