Arsenal have completed the high-profile signing of Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace in a deal worth around £68 million, activating his now-expired release clause, according to The Athletic. The 27-year-old England international will wear the prestigious No. 10 shirt at the Emirates, instantly becoming one of the Gunners’ headline additions of the summer.
Manager Mikel Arteta expressed his delight at the capture, hailing Eze as “a powerful and exciting player who will give us a new dimension in our attacking game.” He praised the midfielder’s mentality and rise through the ranks, adding: “His journey, ambition, and hunger are exactly what we want in our team.
